Colorado Spring Roofing Tips

Mar 4, 2014

Most of us do not know what shape our roof is really in since we rarely get on the roof. This approach can lead to costly repairs. Most damage to your roof happens long before you notice it from the ground. Some things to take notice of are shingles that are curling, blistering, or buckling. This is a sure sign that the shingles are nearing their life expectancy. Loose shingles or materials near a chimney are also signs of a worn roof. Don't forget to walk through the interior of your home checking for water damage to ceilings and walls. Spring is the perfect time to have your roof inspected.

Proud to be a local Centennial, Colorado company

Feb 25, 2014

Flagstaff is proud to be a local, family owned company. Recently, Flagstaff was honored to be one of the Warrior Strong Sponsors of the Arapahoe High School Junior Toms. Junior Toms is hosted by the Arapahoe High School Toms pom team, and is two fun filled days where little girls get to learn a dance, play games and have a pizza party with the Arapahoe Toms. The Toms taught 185 Pre-kindergarten through 5th grade girls a high-energy pom routine that was performed during the AHS Boy's Varsity Basketball game against Mullen on February 14, 2014. It was a great night for everyone in the Arapahoe community! Flagstaff is committed to being Warrior Strong.

Denver Roofing in the Winter

Feb 18, 2014

Many roofs are in need of repair during the winter months. With the fluctuating winter temperatures, older shingles can  curl. A wet, heavy snow can cause these curled shingles to crack leading to a leaky roof. When a roof is already wet, heavy snow can freeze and cause even more damage. Roofing repairs can easily be done in the winter. In Colorado, there are many winter days with mild temperatures and plenty of sunshine. Roofs installed in the winter can often be scheduled in a matter of days as compared to weeks or months in the busier Spring and Summer months.
